Hey everyone! First off, thank everyone who attended our Meeting over the past two weeks. For those who couldn’t attend our meeting, here is a recap and some additional information.


Open House

The Open House was our first meeting to introduce our club and the board members. We share our past meetings and events from the fall semester and share a sneak peek at our plan later in this semester. Additionally, share our current project with UAS (refer to the committee page) and the Secretary spot open (application closed).  To end on a fun note, both members and board members participated in Jeopardy.

GM#1 Super Bowl Ads

Super Bowl is known to be one of the exciting times in America with its notorious half-time show, fierce game, and of course, we can’t forget the ads.

Led by Ceclia, the marketing club went over three popular ads from the 2026 Super Bowl. Analyzing in depth what makes it so effective and their strategy to ranging from storytelling, emotional connection, and humor. Granted, there will be a ton of viewers during the Super Bowl, but that doesn’t guarantee sales.  Therefore, we extensively share our opinions to better understand how ads bring value to us.

Afterward, members participate in an activity in creating ads. One group created a video featuring a shoe as its main product, and the other group created a script for a family party setting with Chips as the main topic.
